Many people come to this kind of documentary to explore difficult personal themes, when they are questioning fundamental aspects of their lives. Rest assured that I am non-judgemental and supportive - notably, I'm LGBTQIA+ friendly! Please note that I don't have any therapeutic qualifications though, and if the subject you want to explore is still traumatic for you, it's best to see someone qualified first.
